Microsite Strategy is operated by Novarte AI LLC, Utah, United States ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading a product from this website, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@micrositestrategy.com.
The products
- The Microsite Strategy Playbook: an 85-page PDF course with prompts and templates, and the bonus kits. Free for the first 10 readers, then $97.
- Playbook + AI Agent Team: the Playbook, three agent files for Claude Code with a Codex version, agent skills, and The AI Citation Playbook. $197.
- The AI Citation Playbook: a 60-page PDF playbook. $47.
All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Prices are in US dollars, one-time, with no subscription. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. The done-for-you microsite service is not sold on this page: it has its own written agreement.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe through our customer system. We never see your full card number. After payment you receive the download by email or on the page you are sent to. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to support@micrositestrategy.com and we send it again.
Refunds
All sales are final once the files are delivered. Because the products are digital and can be copied at once, we do not give refunds after delivery.
We do refund, or fix, when something is our mistake:
- you were charged twice for the same product;
- you paid, and we cannot deliver the files within 7 days;
- a file is damaged and we cannot send a working copy.
Write to us within 14 days of the purchase. This rule does not take away any right to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
What you may do with the products
When you buy or download a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business.
- You may use the prompts, templates and agents to build and run websites for yourself and for your own clients, and keep what you build with them.
- You may print the PDFs and share them inside your own team.
- You may not resell, share, upload or give away the PDFs, the prompt files or the agent files, in whole or in part, or publish them as your own course, product or template pack.
The content stays the property of Novarte AI LLC. If you break these limits, your licence ends.
No promise of results
The products teach a method. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads, sales or income. Results depend on your market, your competition, your work and on search engines and AI tools that nobody controls. Any results shown on this website come from real client websites, shown without names; they are examples, not a forecast of what you will get.
Other companies' tools
The products tell you how to use tools from other companies, such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Google Search Console, Netlify and GoHighLevel. Those tools have their own terms and prices, and they change over time. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Check each tool's current terms and prices before you rely on them.
Accuracy
Each product shows the date its facts were checked. Tools, prices and platform rules change after that date. We correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise that every detail stays current.
Limit of our liability
The products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Before any formal claim, please write to us first: most problems are solved by email.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied on the day you bought a product apply to that purchase.
