Microsite Strategy is operated by Novarte AI LLC, Utah, United States ("we", "us"). This page says what information we collect, how we use it, who receives it and how, and how we keep it safe. Questions or requests: support@micrositestrategy.com.
The information we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms, what a payment needs, and the basic technical data every website receives.
- Playbook sign-up forms: your first name and email address, and which track you chose (Local or SaaS).
- Waiting list: your email address and the product you asked about.
- Owner's guide form: your name, email address and town.
- Done-for-you application: your name, business name, trade, service area, phone number, email address, website, Google Business Profile link, how many jobs you can take, and your message.
- Purchases: your name, email address, the product you bought, the amount and the date. Your card details are entered on the payment page of our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: when you open a page, our host receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, as part of normal server logs.
Our website sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. The payment page of our processor may set its own cookies to process your payment and prevent fraud.
How we use it
- To send you the Playbook, the kits or the product you bought.
- To reply to your application or your question.
- To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To send occasional emails about building microsites, if you signed up for the Playbook. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us.
- To prevent fraud and spam, and to meet legal and tax duties.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it for advertising.
Who receives it, and how
We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our business. Each one receives only what it needs for its task.
- Netlify (website hosting and form handling): receives your form entries and the technical data above, directly from your browser, when you open a page or send a form.
- HighLevel (our customer and email system): stores your name, email address and order or request details, when they arrive with a payment or when we move a form entry into it, so we can reply and send our emails.
- Stripe (payment processing, through our HighLevel account): receives your payment details directly on its payment page. It sends us your name, email address and order details.
- Google Fonts, unpkg and Unsplash (fonts, icons and images on our pages): your browser loads files from them, so they receive your IP address and browser data. They receive no form entries.
- Authorities: only if the law requires it, for example a valid court order.
- A new owner: if the business is sold or merged, your information may pass to the new owner under this same policy.
How it is sent: every transfer happens over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form entries go from your browser to Netlify. Payment details go from your browser straight to Stripe. We never send your information by unencrypted email.
How we keep it safe
- The whole website runs on HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted on the way.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard. Card numbers never touch our website or our systems.
- Only the business owner and the people who need it for a task can open form entries and customer records. Each person has their own login. We never share passwords.
- Forms use spam filters, and we keep only the information we need.
No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up and application details until you ask us to delete them, or for 3 years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Write to support@micrositestrategy.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have further rights under your local law, and you may complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
Children
Our products are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we tell people on our email list.
